Help us celebrate Team Read’s powerful tutoring pairs at our first-ever virtual FUNdraising event via Facebook and YouTube! We’ll review the triumphs (and challenges) of online tutoring, with stories from student readers, teen coaches, parents, and educators. Learn how one-on-one support has helped Team Read students academically and emotionally during the pandemic.

Become a FUN-raiser!
Amplify Team Read with your very own fundraising page before the peer-to-peer campaign starts on Thursday February 18th. Team Read Rocks! is the one party where you’re encouraged to show up fashionably early and bring your friends along with you! Become a FUN-raiser and mobilize your friends and family to support Team Read and our belief that all kids deserve to be great readers and teens should have access to a meaningful, paid first job.
Step 1: Visit our campaign page and click “Become a Fundraiser”
Step 2: Customize your profile! You can add a statement about why you are fundraising for Team Read and a photo that represents why you care about our mission.
Step 3: Set a goal! We suggest starting with something you think is just in reach for your personal community, based on the number of people you hope to share the campaign with.
Step 4: Consider a match! You can choose to match donations or a certain amount, or give a small amount (think $5 or $10) every time a friend or family member gives. It’s a fun way to encourage your community to participate and show your own support for Team Read!
Step 5: Spread the word! Now is the time to share your giving page with the world. You can post it on your social media pages, send an email, or shoot a text to your friends, family and coworkers.
