So, what’s next? Your application will now go through 4 steps before you can be hired:

1. Your application must be approved

2. If you elected to receive hourly pay and have not previously worked as a paid Team Read coach, you must successfully complete a Renton Public Schools’ hourly hire packet and provide valid identification. Ms. Carla Smith and the Renton School District will email you the appropriate forms.

3. You must successfully attend coach training. Training invitations will go out to selected applicants in October.

4. You must accept and confirm your site placement.

Please take a look at our Coach Applicant Guide, which will assist you throughout the entire Team Read application and onboarding process. You’ll find a timeline with important due dates, an overview of school district applications, and a detailed walkthrough of the federal I-9 and W-4 forms.
